What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Items must be in original, unused condition.
How long will it take for my rug to arrive?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your floors from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We suggest professional cleaning every 1-2 years to maintain the fibers and color vibrancy.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display the most accurate colors possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors and lighting conditions in your home, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
