At RugsDirect, we want you to love your new rug; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Rug

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original heavy-duty plastic packaging, securing all ends with shipping tape to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized area rugs.
